中斯经济文化交流(上海)有限公司是一家成立于2016年8月9日的国内合资有限责任公司。业务范围主要包括文化艺术交流活动策划、商务考察、珠宝展览服务以及货物和技术的进出口。

China-Lanka Economic Cultural Exchange (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd is a domestic joint venture limited liability company founded in August 9,2016. Its business scope mainly includes cultural and art exchange activities planning, business visits, jewelry exhibition services, as well as the import and export of goods and technologies.

近年来，为响应国家“一带一路”发展战略，中斯经济文化交流(上海)有限公司投入了大量的精力和资金，开展中斯贸易和文化交流活动。公司的董事长石国华先生带领商务考察代表团队多次到斯里兰卡进行商务考察和调研，主要集中在能源开发和再生, 基础设施、环境保护、农业生产中的科学技术等，详细了解斯里兰卡投资环境和相关信息，为制定和计划在斯里兰卡合作项目打下坚实的基础。

In response to China's national development strategy "Belt and Road" policy, China-Lanka Economic Cultural Exchange (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd has invested a huge amount of energy and fortune to carry out China-Lanka trade and cultural exchange activities in recent years. Mr Shi Guohua , the president of the company, has led the business investigation delegation to Sri Lanka for business research and investigation many times mainly centering on energy development and regeneration, infrastructure, environmental protection, science and technology in agricultural production, etc to understand sri lankan investment environment and related information, to lay a solid foundation for making and planning cooperative projects in Sri Lanka.

In October 2016, under the of host and witness of related leaders , China-Lanka Economic Cultural Exchange (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd has signed strategic cooperation agreement with a few Chinese most powerful ventures who have interests and intention in investing in Sri Lanka, such as Tianhe energy, Yaming Lighting energy saving, Jun Xuan environmental protection building materials group enterprise. China-Lanka company is promoting the pro-phase preparatory work of Sri Lanka cooperation project with plan step by step.
